OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The G.G Medical terms and conditions of sale of its product are set as forth:

SHIPPING.

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped immediately and accurately from the nearest G.G Medical warehouse on the same working day if placed 6 p.m. EST\5p.m. PST.

G.G  Medical ships via  UPS, USPS and LTL. Shipping charges are based on the destination and order size. We choose the most economical method available. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Select from our expedited shipping option before checking out or call when placing your order and a customer service representative will be happy to discuss alternate shipping options with you.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. The carrier is responsible for merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. For your protection please follow these procedures:

  1. Carefully inspect each carton for damage.
  2. Check shipment against the carrier’s delivery receipt to make sure you received all items listed.
  3. Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage, DO NOT discard the carton or any contents of your package.
  4. Please contact G.G MEDICAL  Customer Service immediately at   1- 770 -441- 9992.G.G will provide any assistance we can.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES.

Please examine your order carefully upon arrival. If you find an error was made, call customer service immediately and we will issue a Return Authorization number. All shipping discrepancies and damaged package claims will be honoured when communicated to G.G Medical within 10 working days from receipt.

RETURNS  POLICY.

G.G Medical will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of the product (freight not included) for any item returned within 30 days. There will be an applied restocking fee of 5% after 30 days and 25% after 60 days. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. EXCEPTIONS to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.
